PROGRAM PLAN:

Day 1

Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel in the city of Budva.

Day 2

Guided tour of Budva, the oldest city in the Adriatic littoral, with its Venetian style architecture and its history that goes back to the Illyrians, its first inhabitants. We will visit the city’s archeological museum and its churches. Continuing the trip in the direction of Virpazar, we will be able to take a look at the island of Sveti Stefan. Virpazar a small city that used to be a
commercial destination and the place wherein the 17th century a railroad began to be built, but the main attraction for tourists is the lake Skadar and the beauty of its flora and fauna. Free time and lunch. Continuing to the city of Bar, one time governed by the Ottomans, we will visit the Church of St. Jovan Vladimir, the museum dedicated to King Nikola and the old town that today is unpopulated. Return to the hotel.

Day 3

Cetinje and Podgorica. Departure from the hotel to visit the former royal capital of Montenegro, Cetinje, founded by Ivan Tsernoyevich. We will visit the museum of the only royal family that existed in the country and the Centije Monastery. Free time. Continuing to Podgorica, we will see the great Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ and its old clock. Free time and lunch at the Porto restaurant. Back at the hotel.

Day 4

Kotor, Perast and Trebinje. Departure from the hotel to the Unesco city of Kotor, located at the end of the great fjord. There we will enjoy its great Venetian-style architecture and its squares will tell us the history of the city. Free time. We will continue along the bay to Perast, where we will visit the island called Lady of the Rocks, an artificial island, that we will reach by boat. Free time and lunch. Transfer to Trebinje (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and accommodation.

Day 5

Trebinje. We will leave the hotel to visit the ancient city, with its various cultural influences and legends, it is said to have been visited by Napoleon, many empires left their tracks, Ottomans, Austro-Hungarian, and others. We will continue towards Tvrdos Monastery, dedicated to the Dormition of the Most Holy Theotokos (XV). Free time and lunch. After the break, we will visit the Hercegovacka Gracanica Monastery dedicated to the Virgin Mary. Back to the hotel.

Day 6

Trebinje, Mostar and Medjugorije. Departure from the hotel to Mostar, located on the banks of the Neretva river and known for its emblematic and ancient bridge that was rebuilt after the war. Free time and lunch. We will continue towards Medjugorije, a place of Catholic pilgrimage due to the alleged appearance of the Virgin Mary. Accommodation.

Day 7

Medjugorije, Sarajevo. Breakfast at the hotel and departure around noon to Sarajevo. Accommodation in Sarajevo.

Day 8

Departure from the hotel, visit of the capital of Bosnia Herzegovina with its picturesque bazaar Bas Carsija, the Husrev Beg Mosque, the Olympic Stadium, the tunnel of Life that saved many lives during the Serbian siege of the city. Late free lunch. Return to the hotel.

Day 9

Free day to enjoy the city and make purchases.

Day 10

Transfer from the hotel to the airport of Sarajevo.
